As an artist and photographer, she has dedicated the past several years to analog photography, exploring themes of memory, presence and the subtle traces of human existence. Her artistic gaze is drawn to the unnoticed, quiet gestures, fleeting encounters and the poetic beauty of everyday moments.

Working with film is central to her artistic practice. Analog photography offers an alternative to the speed of the digital world, creating space for intuition, authenticity and refined aesthetics. Balancing documentary observation with visual storytelling, she creates images defined by a timeless, minimal visual language that explores the complexity within everyday culture. Inspired by travel, architecture, people, and landscapes, she develops atmospheric visual worlds where fragility and imperfection exist in equal measure.

Alongside her own artistic practice, Dafne was the co-founder and director of Panda Gallery in Basel and has worked in curatorial and organisational roles for various cultural projects, including the Luststreifen Film Festival and asym. Magazine. Following several exhibitions and curatorial projects, her current body of photographic work marks the beginning of a new chapter, presenting her analog imagery to a wider audience for the first time.
